What is the 90 Night Stand Guarantee ?
The 90 Night Stand is the effyes returns policy. We know that the self love journey can be challenging and finding the perfect sex toy can be a big investment, so we created this policy to help take the pressure off and make it easy for you to return your toy and receive a credit towards another purchase. No need to worry if it's not your cup of tea - we just want you to have a great time!

How does it work?
Simply complete the below returns form and our customer service team will sort you out. They may reach out to understand what’s not working for you and can help organise you a credit for your next purchase. If you’d like, they can also help to recommend a new product!

90 Night Stand Terms and Conditions
The 90 Night Stand Guarantee only applies to sex toys. It does not include lingerie, lubricants or gifts. In order to make a valid claim under the guarantee, you must:

• Fill out our Returns form. In the "Reason for Return" section, choose "90 Night Stand Guarantee."
• Once a return request has been reviewed and accepted please return the item within 90 days of receiving it.

Once the returned item has been received and processed, you will receive a credit (equal to the value of the toy) within 14 days.

Please note:

• Shipping expenses on ‘90 night stand’ returns will not be covered by Goodness Group.
• Only one item from an order can be returned under our 90 Night Stand Guarantee.
• The number of refunds you may receive under this policy is entirely at our discretion.
• Returns will only be processed if it is within the stated return period.
• If a product is returned outside of the stated return period you will not be eligible for a credit or replacement item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
• Goodness Group cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
• Items returned without first requesting a return through the form will not be accepted.

Product Warranty
We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 1 year warranty from order purchase date. This means that if you have any issues with your product, we will replace it or issue a full refund, less shipping costs.
