Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you're fast enough - yes! It's a race against the clock so if you want to change your order please email hello@effyes.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help! If our warehouse legends get your order sent before we hear from you, unfortuantely we can't change it.
Can I track my order?
Abso-blooming-lutely! You can check the status of your order in our website chat. (You'll just need your order number and email address the order was made with) You'll also be sent an email with your order's tracking number when the order has been picked up by our shipping partner.

While we’re all about celebrating self-love at effyes, we understand if you’re not looking to broadcast it to the entire street. That’s why each package you receive from effyes will come in a plain white and unmarked box, care of ‘Goodness Group’. #sighofrelief
Do you ship internationally?
Yeah, we ship to most countries! :) The shipping price is dependant on the shipping address so head to the checkout to use our shipping calculator.

Does effyes have a warranty policy?
We provide a 1 year customer warranty from the date of purchase.
What if I don't like my toy?
Tough ta-ta's! JOKES! We offer a 90 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase. So if you feel that the product is not right for you, simply contact us to let us know, and we'll let you know how to return it.
Can I return my products for a refund?
We don't offer refunds for change of minds. However, we do have a 90 night stand so if during that time you feel the product isn't right for you, let us know and we'll let you know how to return it for a gift card of exchange.
